Once all of your selected webinars have been added to your basket, apply the appropriate coupon code for the package you are wanting to purchase.
Once you have successfully applied your coupon code, you should see the % discount applied to your order. Then complete the online payment process.
Select the courses that make up the package from their respective pages, and add to your cart. Then apply the correct coupon code to your order – this will apply the package discount to your order. Then simply proceed through the online payment process.
In recent years, the HPCSA has moved to a system where your CEU points are sent directly through to them by the Service Provider (that’s us!). So you do not need to do anything in this regard, other than complete your course content and course assessment. We generally submit CEU points on a weekly basis, so if you complete a course within a given week, the points for that course will usually be submitted at the end of that week.
Please note – as the CPD Service Provider, once we have submitted your CEU points to the HPCSA, we have no direct control over how quickly they upload your points to your individual practitioner profile. The lead time for this can be anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks or longer. Please keep an occasional eye on your practitioner profile, to ensure that all of your CEU points for courses attended are uploaded. We do everything in our power from our side to ensure the smooth submission of your points, but it’s best to check occasionally, to ensure they have been correctly allocated by the HPCSA.
Live webinars are live online events that you can purchase prior to the event, and attend live at the time of the event in order to get your CEU points. These are generally for customers who enjoy the accountability of having to attend a specific event, but also for those who enjoy live discussion and interaction during the webinar.
Webinars-on-Demand are recorded webinars that have been converted into online courses that you can purchase and complete in your own time. There is no specific events that need to be attended.
The webinars-on-demand are accredited annually. So in general, you will need to complete the course prior to the end of the calendar year in which you purchased the course, in order to be eligible for your CEU point allocation.
However, you do get “lifetime” access to the course after you have completed it. Meaning, once purchased, a Webinar-on-Demand course will remain active on your profile’s Enrolled Courses page on your practitioner dashboard. This is then accessible as a reference going forward, should you ever wish to revisit the content.
Please note – you are only eligible for CEU points upon the first completion of any individual course. Ongoing access is as a reference and to have access to the educational content – not for ongoing CEU point allocation in subsequent years.
“Lifetime” access is granted for all online courses and webinar-on-demand courses purchased. Once you have completed the online course or webinar, your CEU points will be submitted to the HPCSA. The course will then remain active on your Enrolled Courses page on your practitioner dashboard, so that you will have ongoing access to the course content!
