Dr Rae is a Senior Researcher in the Division of Exercise Science and Sports Medicine within the Department of Human Biology, Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Cape Town (UCT). Her research focuses on sleep and circadian rhythms (i.e. the body’s 24h clock).

Mr Ken Kabongo

Ken Mark Kabongo, graduated from the University of Cape Town (UCT). Ken is also a Neuro-musculoskeletal Clinical Educator in the Physiotherapy Department of the University of Cape Town. After completing his community service year in Johannesburg, Ken decided to further his studies and has completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Sports & Exercise Physiotherapy at UCT.

Caroline Temlett

Caroline graduated with distinction from the University of Cape Town in 2018. She then went on to complete her Community Service at Thelle Mogoerane Regional Hospital in 2019, after which she became a full-time physiotherapist at Optimal Physiotherapy in Cape Town.

Bianca completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Cape Town in 2018, graduating top of her class. During her professional training at UCT, she was awarded numerous academic awards, including the South African Society for Physiotherapy Trophy and the Paget Physiotherapy Award.
