Presenter Bio

Ms Nicole Craddock

Nicole is a physiotherapist specialising in neuromusculoskeletal, orthopaedic and sports-related conditions. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy in 2014 at UCT graduating with distinction.

In 2015 Nicole completed her community service year at St. Andrews Hospital in Harding, KZN. Here she worked with in- and out-patients in a predominantly rural setting gaining experience in paediatric-related conditions, stroke rehab and post-operative care.

Nicole then went on to work in private practice on the South Coast of KZN. Here she worked with a highly recognised sports physio and so her passion for sports and sports-related rehabilitation and management grew. Nicole then returned to Cape Town in 2017 where she worked at a private practice in the Southern Suburbs whilst completing her Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy. Nicole graduated with distinction in 2020. During this time Nicole has published two papers in the South African Journal of Sports Medicine.

As an avid runner and cyclist Nicole decided to open ‘Nicole Craddock Physiotherapy’ in the hope of providing patients with specialised, patient-centred care in order to minimise the risk of injury and maximise performance, function and quality of life.

Nicole is currently the Physiotherapist for Reddam High School as well as running her own practice. If you can’t find her there you might find her outside on the road or mountain or even at a wine farm.
