Mirda is a passionate physiotherapist with more than 30 years’ clinical experience in the management of neurological patients.

She has honed her skills in Neurological Physiotherapy and the
capacity development of undergraduate physiotherapy students in clinical settings for many years working in public, private and academic settings.

Her passion is to
share her many years of clinical and academic experience in neurology with students to help them understand and
love the field of neurology in physiotherapy, with the end goal being to empower physiotherapists and physiotherapy students with the necessary knowledge and skills to holistically manage clients with neurological conditions in order to improve their Quality of Life.

Mirda has presented at numerous local and international conferences in the field of neurological physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
