Yes. All EduPro courses are accredited with the Health Professions Council of South Africa and provide recognised CEU points.
Each course clearly states the number of CEUs awarded. This varies depending on the course duration – 1 hour = 1 CEU.
Yes. Our course library includes Ethics content, allowing you to meet your annual ethics requirements.
Once purchased, your course is immediately available under the Enrolled Courses Tab on your EduPro dashboard.
Courses are self-paced and include a short assessment. Once completed, you qualify for CEU submission and receive a certificate.
Live webinars can be attended live or completed after the live event via the recording.
You’ll have ongoing “lifetime” access to revisit course content after completion.
Course bundles are curated groups of related courses within a specific interest or clinical area, offered together at a reduced price. They’re designed to help you complete multiple CEUs efficiently, whilst upskilling in a particular area and saving compared to purchasing courses individually.
Once you’ve completed your course and assessment, we submit your CEU points directly to the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Submissions are made monthly.
After submission, the HPCSA allocates your points to your practitioner profile. This process is managed directly by the HPCSA, and can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks.
If your points have not reflected within approximately one month of course completion, please contact us and we will follow up with the HPCSA on your behalf.
The annual membership gives you full access to our online course library for 12 months, allowing you to complete your CEUs in one place.
All online content (Live Webinars; On-Demand Webinars; Premium Online Courses) — including new releases during your membership period — are included in the annual membership.

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are not typically offered once access has been granted.
However, if you feel there’s been an issue or you have a valid reason for requesting a refund, please reach out to us. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to assist where possible.
