In this 5-part webinar series, sports physiotherapist, Brett Phillips will take you from the basics of how to monitor training loads, through to applying scientific principles of training load management to prevent injury. In addition, he will outline how to use training load management as a strategy to manage overuse injuries in athletes of all levels.

As all overuse injuries are caused by loading error, the ability to apply evidence-based principles pertaining to training load in order to prevent and manage injury is a vital tool in any practitioner’s toolbox.
