About Course

In this practical face-to-face course, musculoskeletal physiotherapist, Brett Phillips, outlines the epidemiology, aetiology and diagnostic classification of cervical spine pathology, before discussing the evidence-based clinical assessment and management of these prevalent conditions.

This novel course focuses on contemporary, scientific, evidence-based approaches to treating the neck, trying to draw attention to flawed models of thinking that are commonly utilised in the management of spinal pain and dysfunction.

There is a strong focus on neck-related rehabilitation, as well as some manual therapy technique training included in this practical course.

What Will You Learn?

  • Epidemiology and aetiology of cervical spine pathology and neck pain
  • Clinical assessment of the cervical spine
  • Diagnostic and functional classification of cervical spine pathology and neck pain
