In this 5-part webinar series, sports physiotherapist, Brett Phillips, presents a broad sweep of all things pertaining to injury prevention in sport. From introducing the concept of injury prevention in sport, Brett will expand to include broad injury prevention strategies, specific upper and lower limb injury prevention strategies, as well as how to use training load management and periodisation as injury prevention tools.
