About Course

In this 2-hour webinar, musculoskeletal physiotherapist, Brett Phillips, will outline a well-accepted Ethical Decision-Making Framework, namely the IDEA Framework. Subsequently, different clinical cases will be presented and a forum discussion held, utilizing the framework to guide the clinical decision-making process pertaining to the ethical issues encountered within the clinical cases.

Prior to the 2-hour webinar, participants will be provided with approximately an hour’s worth of pre-reading material to prepare them for the actual online session. This pre-reading will consist of a journal article pertaining to the implementation of an ethical decision-making framework. The pre-reading is included in the CEU point allocation.
