About Course

Running-related tendinopathies (gluteal; patella; Achilles) are common, often persistent and can be challenging to manage due to variable presentations, fluctuating symptoms and sensitivity to training load. Effective management requires accurate assessment, sound clinical reasoning and an understanding of tendon adaptation, capacity and loading principles.

Running Tendinopathies: Clinical Assessment & Evidence-Based Management provides clinicians with a structured framework for assessing and managing common running-related tendinopathies. The course focuses on integrating current evidence with practical clinical application, allowing clinicians to make clearer decisions around diagnosis, loading strategies, rehabilitation progression and return-to-running.

Emphasis is placed on principles that apply across tendon sites, rather than isolated, condition-specific protocols.
