About Course

In this face-to-face Saturday morning workshop, MSK physiotherapist Brett Phillips, outlines the key principles and clinical application of effective training load management across rehabilitation and performance settings.

Managing training load is a critical, yet often misunderstood, component of injury prevention, rehabilitation, management and return-to-performance. Loading error is the primary cause of overuse injury. If we can understand tissue loading and manage it, we can prevent injury or use it as a primary intervention for injuries that have already occurred.

Join Brett for this practical, clinically relevant workshop to improve your understanding of training load concepts and develop the skills needed to confidently implement load management strategies for overuse injury management, injury prevention and gradual return to sport.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN IN-PERSON WORKSHOP BASED IN CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA.
